Meet Hayley Gordon – Medical Administration
This year marks five years since Hayley joined the KI Medical Clinic administration team.
Working at KIMC brings unique challenges and opportunities, with no two days ever quite the same. Hayley enjoys the variety that comes with working in rural healthcare, often encountering situations and patient needs that differ from those seen in larger mainland practices.
For Hayley, what makes Kangaroo Island and KIMC so special is the people. The support of the team, combined with the strong networks and community resources available across the island, enables KIMC to provide a broad range of connected healthcare services to the community.
Hayley also appreciates KIMC’s commitment to supporting professional development and encouraging staff to pursue areas of personal interest. This has provided opportunities for her to continue developing her skills in Medical Administration while contributing to meaningful projects and building a rewarding career in healthcare.
