Respiratory Patients

November 25, 2022

Patients & visitors of KI Medical Clinic we have an important update regarding COVID precautions at the practice.

With mandates being lifted in South Australia, we have made the decision to move the Respiratory Clinic back to KI Medical Clinic.

When booking your appointments and attending our practice our staff will ask if you are experiencing any Cold/Flu symptoms, such as:

  1. Fever or chills
  2. Cough
  3. Sore throat
  4. Congested or runny nose
  5. If you are COVID-19 positive

It is very important these questions are answered truthfully, to protect yourself, other patients and our staff and GPs.

If you answer yes to any of these questions, you will be offered an appointment at the Respiratory Clinic or a Telehealth consult.

The respiratory clinic runs 3-4 times a week from 3:30pm onwards, depending on GP availability.

The respiratory clinic is held at KI Medical Clinic entrance will be via the back door where we have a outside waiting area undercover.

When attending for your appointment, we ask that you please phone reception staff to let us know you’re here and then to take a seat. The doctor will let you in once they’re ready to see you.

The doctor will be in full PPE and the clinic is held in a space that is easily cleaned between patients and where our patients and staff are not exposed to a potential Covid risk.
