๐ŸŒŸ R U OK? Day – Let’s Talk About Mental Health ๐ŸŒŸ

Understanding each other, staying connected and asking “Are you OK?”

๐Ÿ’›A simple yet powerful question๐Ÿ’›

Mental health is just as important as physical health, especially for those of us living in rural areas where isolation can be a real challenge. Whether youโ€™re a farmer working hard in the fields or a resident of one of KI’s beautiful townships, itโ€™s crucial to take a moment for yourself and those around you.

R U OK day is an important reminder that hearing is only half of *really* listening to someone, and that asking R U OK? is a simple way to start – you don’t even need training to ask.

Letโ€™s look after each other and keep the conversation going. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐ŸŒป
