Since joining KI Medical Clinic as a permanent GP in January 2026, Dr Scott Marschall has become a trusted and valued part of our team — supporting the health of our community with both expertise and genuine care.
Scott continues to lead our weekly skin check clinics, providing early detection and treatment of skin cancers, along with our dedicated “Lumps & Bumps” clinic for lesion removals in collaboration with the KI Health Service. This service has become an important part of helping patients access timely, high‑quality care close to home.
With advanced training in skin cancer medicine, dermoscopy, and procedural care, Scott brings a thoughtful, thorough approach to each consultation — supporting patients with prevention, early diagnosis, and ongoing management.
🌿 A Whole‑Family Contribution to KI Healthcare
We’re also delighted to acknowledge Dr Georgina Mills, who has become an integral part of both the clinic and the wider community.
Georgina is providing much‑needed support in palliative care, helping patients and families navigate complex health journeys with compassion and continuity. She also contributes to the future of rural healthcare as an ACRRM Supervisor and registrar trainer, supporting the development of doctors training at KIMC.
This kind of clinical leadership and mentorship is essential in strengthening and sustaining a skilled rural workforce for Kangaroo Island.
