Important update regarding fees: our temporary bulk bill guarantee ended on 30th June 2020.

During the period 1/7/20 to 30/9/20, we will be transitioning back to billing of private gaps.  In recognition of the financial hardships currently being faced by our community, we will continue to bulk bill concession card holders; children under 16 years; patients at high risk of COVID (as per Medicare guidelines); practice nurse, care plan and GP mental health plan appointments; and review or results appointments requested by a doctor.  All other patients will be charged a reduced gap of $30.

Outstanding gaps will incur a $5 late payment fee.

If you are having financial difficulties, please don’t hesitate to discuss confidentially with our Practice Manager of your doctor.
